Another chap from Market Drayton Memorial is Maj. Bernard S.A. Ingram Nigerian Contingent, died 1917.

I suspect he might be on the CWGC with a double barrelled name.

Can you find him?

From 1891 census:

INGRAM, Bernard, S, A, Son, Scholar, born 1878 in Peterborough, Northamptonshire

Living with father (widower) and brother (Percy EW, b 1879) and 2 sisters at 12, Cross Street, Spalding, Lincolnshire

No sign of in 1901 or 1911

Just checked the UK Incoming Passenger Lists, 1878-1960

Shows a Bernard Sydney Arthur Ingram arriving 25 May 1908 from Africa

Also

Bernard S A Ingram arriving 14 Dec 1915 from Africa. Born 1877

Probably a non-com.
