jay dubaya Posted 8 May , 2010 Share Posted 8 May , 2010 Hi folks, Searching through some period newspaper clippings I have found a short article stating his death from pneoumonia. It also states that his father 'left the country' to visit his sick son so one assumes that Stanley died overseas. I cannot find any detail of this soldier on CWGC but he does appear on SDGW and his MIC states 'D of D' on the same date 18th April 1916. Any assistance would be appreciated, cheers, Jon
