A.A.A. What do these stand for on a couple of dog tags i have seen, the tags have a name and number and the C.E regarding his religion, and are they more likely to be ww2 than ww1 ?

Without a regiment indicated on the dog tag they are unlikely to be Great War vintage. Equally, if the number has seven figures they will be post Great War. Any chance of a photograph or the details on the dog tag?

Anti-Aircraft Artillery (Royal Artillery)... Pre WW2 (circa 1936) enlistment.

Asbestos!!!! so if you own dog tags made from vulcanized asbestos i take it they are safe ?

Of course they are! (Unless you swallow too many of them! :lol: ) Not all asbestos is dodgy (most types aren't).
