moulie11 Posted 2 May , 2010 Share Posted 2 May , 2010 David, Have had a quick look and it seems that the 1/7th DLI were with 50th (Northumbrian) Division at this time. The division took part in the Battle of Estaires -the first phase of the Battle of Lys - which began on 9th April 1918, just a few days later than the date you mention.
