1st york and lancaster

hi all,am looking for info on the 1st y&l on 24may 1915.a man,L/Corp frank reddy 7887, from my town was killed on that day.from what i gather his battlion was in the 28th DIV,involved in second yrpes and they took heavy losses that month.just want to know what was the 1st Y&L doing that day and where in the line where they.i think myself they where near hill 60 but not sure.thanks for your help.
