Hunting a German Soldier

Well a while ago i bought some ww2 letters written from a german gent to his wife..

Its an amazing read with some superb interesting bits to read.. There is mention of his brother been called up to be a SS Officer and other snippets.

Well i have found names in here i would like to trace..

Schrader

Spranger/sprenger

The name of the writter in most is Doiwa ... Strangley i have managed to find they had a son in the papers and he had not seen him in two years.. I decieded to hunt down this Ernst and manged to find a phone number in German and only one persone in German with same name. So Today i rang him..And well would you believe it..It was his father writting to his mother and the Ernst is him.. How small of a world this is..He didn't really know much at all about his fathers history which is a shame just hoping some one here could help me out..
