I don't subscribe to Ancestry as all my family research is done on "Scotlands People" but I do check to see if there are matches for Service/Pension records or MIC's, when I tried that a short time ago I was re-directed to a log in page whan I entered a name and number, anyone getting the same?

Worked fine for me - no redirection.

Try re-booting and then clearing your browser cache.

Yesterday I wound up in a "view free records with a free account" screen too. today I get it again but with the usual screen "for more information click..." coming up first.

Do you access it from different computers? I think I had a similar experience a few years ago
