Tartan_Terrier Posted 17 April , 2010 Share Posted 17 April , 2010 Probably not much help to you, but it looks like it's the 'Weekly Dispatch' http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sunday_Dispatch Edit: Timeframe 1914-1915. I'd guess at it being quite early on, perhaps mid August 1914.
Ron Clifton Posted 17 April , 2010 Share Posted 17 April , 2010 Hello Mike If it's an English national newspaper, there are two possibilities: the Daily Dispatch (which merged with the News Chronicle before the 1950s, and the Sunday Dispatch, which was still published in the 1950s but closed shortly afterwards (as, indeed, did the News Chronicle). "Help the Serbians" suggests a date of 1916 or later, when the ASC sent a number of MT Companies to take supplies to the Serbian Army. "Where" is almost certainly one of the training camps in the UK. Can't offer any more specific suggestions, I'm afraid. Ron
