WHC Dennis Posted 5 April , 2010 Share Posted 5 April , 2010 Hello, please can anyone shed light on the uniform/unit of the comrades pictured? I think it is dated c 1915, this is one of another 8 framed together of my UK family most inscribed 1915. Could it be pictured O/S looking at the vegetation, spartan tree canopy? Most of my family served in the RMLI, any links there for these fellows? Any assistance much appreciated. Cheers
Graham Stewart Posted 5 April , 2010 Share Posted 5 April , 2010 WHC - need to have this one blown up for a better look at the badges. However what I can tell you is that this is a pre-War photo as they're wearing their dress uniform and not service dress i.e. khaki, which would indicate they were either regulars or Territorials. Hello and thanks Graham, I have details attached, are these better, OK?. Otherwise I will have to shoot a couple more for you. Cheers
