Chris_Baker Posted 5 April , 2010 Share Posted 5 April , 2010 Can anyone please tell me what the "special memorial", at row F grave 4 in Y Ravine Cemetery (Beaumont Hamel), says? It commemorates L/Cpl Harold Lindsay of the 1/7th Gordon Highlanders. I presume it is a "known to be buried" or "close to this spot" type marker, but would be grateful for the specific wording.
