Does anyone know where I can obtain biographical information regarding Bridadier General WHM Lowe. He was OC Dublin during most of the easter rising [being 2iC Irish Command prior to rising - the OC Ireland being absent]. He was responsible for most of the operational planning. I've had real difficulty finding anything about him - he doesn't seem to have had any private papers or written an autobiography etc.

He retired as an honorary Major General before the end of 1919, which implies that he held this acting rank during the latter part of the war.
