There are 25 soldiers in the Medal Records with the number 51069 (that's excluding a few more with various letter pre-fixes to that number. None are named Aizlewood,nor Haizlewood,nor any other derivative of that name. Are you sure that this soldier is in the home Army ? Might he be Australian or Canadian or South African etc ?Do you have any Regiment clues ? There is also an official list (in several books) of DCM winners,you might care to chase up.
