sabine72 Posted 21 March , 2010 Share Posted 21 March , 2010 hello, the husband bought me a death plaque for my birthday and now my search begin's henry marsh private enlisted in st jude's bristol age 22 died 22/03/1915 son of john and elizabeth marsh of 4 bellams court, great georges street, st judes, bristol he is on the menin gate panel 22/34 I tried the london gazette, nothing, what I found on on the regimental page, was things I all ready knew, roll of honour nothing, medal search nothing, I guess I'm doing something wrong so if someone would be able to help in the right directions. KevinBattle Posted 28 March , 2010 Share Posted 28 March , 2010 Sabine, If you use Google Maps, then you can also use the Streetview option, as if walking down the street, to get an even better view. Just click on the small "man" symbol and you should get into Streetview. A little playing around and you can tilt, rotate change direction etc... I'm sure you have his CWGC info.
