I am searching for any record of Private Harry Nash(reg.no.9241) and later Sergeant (5429161). I have his medal record but no other info. I think he served with the regiment before WW1 probably in S Africa. Grateful for any replies. David Wood

I am going to suggest that his papers may not yet be in the public domain as the second number is probably a post-war number.

His General Service Medal seems to have been issued to him as a Sergeant and would put it either late in,or after the war, maybe India/ North West Frontier Force etc ?
