Hi Neil, and welcome!

I'm assuming you're on Ancestry? Have you looked at the records under this number:-

Name: William John Seay

Estimated birth year: abt 1896

Age at Enlistment: 20

Birth Parish: Downpatrick

Birth County: Down

Document Year: 1916

Regimental Number: 224575

Regiment Name: Machine Gun C??

The number's clearly been crossed out and 86858 substituted (also gives a number 75743 for earlier RFA service). There's two sets of papers - one 12 pages and one 10.
