As some of you will know I am trying to collect the authorative database on VC headstones. At this moment in time I am only searching for those with headstones, not those such as Elstob who are commemorated by name on memorials. If anyone can assist me I would be most grateful. Thanks. Mark Hone Posted 15 May , 2004 Share Posted 15 May , 2004 The CWGC publish a booklet describing all VC commemorations in their care by country (£8-00 see http://www.cwgc.org/cwgcinternet/publications.htm), and the Western Front Association offer a series of factsheets on VC Commemorations in France and Belgium for £1-65 each.
