Michael Posted 13 May , 2004 Share Posted 13 May , 2004 Its on the A229 (City Way, Rochester). If you head south on this road, its on the left, just south of the college/school. Map ref TQ749 672 Fort Pitt was converted to a military hospital and Florence Nightingale spent some time there.
