HarryBettsMCDCM Posted 15 January , 2010 Share Posted 15 January , 2010 Loosely translated "Benemerenza" is Good Merit,The Obverse suggests Industry/Invention,so I would suggest a Civil Award for War Work in some Catergory.I must say I have not seen similar before & it lacks the normal Italian suspension.
