JimSmithson Posted 5 January , 2010 Share Posted 5 January , 2010 Are they scanning the Universe and aiming to put the whole of mankind on their site or something. It seems to grow daily. Look at the other parts as well if you dare, for example the recordings. Jim

SteveMarsdin Posted 6 January , 2010 Share Posted 6 January , 2010 Thanks very much ! I've just downloaded several titles and will go back again (and again...) But, a question of a technical nature: I notice that the Kindle downloads etc are smaller, I haven't bothered with an e-book reader before, preferring an actual book, or saving/reading extracts on my PC. Do you think investing in one might be a good way of maximising the benefits from this download site ? - bought through the Amazon link on this Forum of course !!! museumtom Posted 6 January , 2010 Author Share Posted 6 January , 2010 Steve, I dont have an answer to your question but one of the advantages of downloading books in digital format is that they are searchable. Type in a word and anytime it occurs in the book it will show you. Marvellous for compiling local rolls of honour etc. Regards. Tom.
