Belgian officer KIA 17 April 1918

Adjutant of 3rd Battalion of 19th Linie, killed in action at Carrefour de Londres post on 17 April 1918. Name is possibly Vanderkerkhove (or similar). Could someone please identify this soldier and if possible tell me where he is buried?

I can't help you. (Can't find his name in the lists of the most important Belgian cemeteries.)
