Mermaid Posted 10 November , 2009 Share Posted 10 November , 2009 I'm trying to find any information on R. J. Edwards, Chief Engine Room Artificer, Class 1, Royal Navy. This information, and his service number 269111, is taken from his British War Medal. I've tried National Archives, CWWGC and Find my Past but haven't had any success (- or maybe I'm a numpty and missed it!) I'm afraid I don't know anything else about him. It's possible he was a friend of my Grandfather who was a Royal Marine. Is there anyone out there who might be able to help me please?
