Charlie Cobb

On 22nd October 1917 Charlie Cobb was awarded 14 days Field Punishment No 1 by his commanding officer. This was for irregular conduct with regards to dividing the rations of his comrades. He was serving with the 2nd Battalion, Kings Own Scottish Borderers, who formed part of the 5th Division. His service number was 31050. The National Archives site does not list a relevant war diary.

Does anyone have any further information on this?

Thank you jay dubya and SteveE. A friend is going to Kew later this month and will look things up for me.
