Hi Doug,

Do you have anything in your Express & Star index on the following men all born West Bromwich?

8871 Samuel Holden

6176 Luke Ingram

8182 Charles Onions

7136 Frank Piper

All men served with 2nd Btn. Worcesters.

Regards

Peter

Hi Izzy

It covers Wolverhampton's evening newspaper for the Great War only.

Hi Doug,

Does your E&S list give the Regiment served in and or soliers Regimental Number?

I have 21 names on my database with a connection to Wolverhampton, born, lived etc but I would think out of atotal of 1600 odd names there must be more. All but 6 of the 21 were either KIA or DOW. Details of wounded (Wolverhampton) men only 1 but there must be more.

Peter
