today on the bbc morning news it stated that mark knopfler is doing the record for the poppy appeal are the other songs that could by right for the poppy appeal mine would be the green fields of france(ballard of willy mcbride) by the hourton weavers what is yours Michael

Good choice we sang this on one of our trips to the WW1 cemeteries in france .
