I also wonder the circumstance of this photo taken I believe after war. There is a Belgian soldier and some women. What are their uniform ? Thank you. Sue Light Posted 12 September , 2009 Share Posted 12 September , 2009 I'm pretty hopeless (totally hopeless) on military uniform, but he does look rather like Sir Arthur Sloggett, Director-General of Medical Services in France and Flanders until his retirement in June 1918.
