Remembered Today:

Australia in arms : a narrative of the Australasian Imperial Force

Recommended Posts

This is an excellent book - 9 maps, 53 illustrations including two useful Appendices: Distinctions for Gallantry and Services in the Field, - Mentions in Dispatches. With a useful index.

The book was first published by T.Fisher Unwin Ltd, London in 1916 - purchased my copy many years ago for less than £5 from a local book dealer - a good investment.

Thank you very much Armidale. Always appreciated. I just wish the Canadian histories were as accessible as the Australians ones. I'm a bit jealous of the AWM website. You are lucky.
