clarkc_bpo Posted 26 August , 2009 Share Posted 26 August , 2009 Hi all, A work colleague has uncovered a short diary of a man who served in both Egypt and Gallipoli. He was dischared in June 1917 under Kings Regs 392, para XX1. Where can I find out what that means ? I think it's for medically unfit, but can you shed any more light on it for me? thanks in advance Clark

squirrel Posted 26 August , 2009 Share Posted 26 August , 2009 You can also see a list of reasons for discharge on the Long, Long Trail site - link at the top of this page.
laughton Posted 28 August , 2009 Share Posted 28 August , 2009 I was able to purchase a copy of the 1917 KR&O which I scanned for our Canadian Expeditionary Force Study Group. Although adapted for Canada, I understand that the main text of the document is consistent: http://www.archive.org/details/KRO1917 If there are other versions available, I would be interested in the links to add to the Matrix.
