RSM Francis James DOHERTY 2359 4th Bn, Australian Infantry Died 18.05.19 Age 35 Buried: Rookwood Necropolis, NSW, Australia Sjt William Henry GREEN MM 22462 23rd Bn, Manchester Regiment Died 24.04.18 Age 29 Commemoration: Tyne Cot Memorial, Belgium L/Sjt Adam HENDERSON DCM 7366 1st Bn, Cameronians (Scottish Rifles) Died 23.06.18 Age 32 Commemoration: Tyne Cot Memorial, Belgium Pte Thomas WINTLE 1610 1st Australian Pioneers Died 12.06.18 Age 29 Buried: Brighton General Cemetery, Victoria, Australia NOT FORGOTTEN The British casualties above are both In From the Cold Project cases Sjt Green was killed in action (Volunteer: John Hartley) L/Sjt Henderson was missing presumed dead (Volunteer: Adrian Wright) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
