1st Gloucesters by Brig Gen Pagan

I've a copy of Pagan's history which closes in 1917 when he left the unit. The maps are extremely clear and detailed, much more so than in the usual Battalion or Divisional history. It was published in 1951. 15 large scale maps, many detailed, including a street plan of Béthune, showing the Tobacco factory, Ecole des Jeunes Filles etc. There are named officers but not many OR's. If anyone has an interest in the 1st Gloucesters there is much more here than in Wyrall
