Lance Cororal stripe with crossed flags above (Signaller).

Thank you for the quick answer. The Lance corporal stripes; are these the arrow shaped emblems which he has on both sleeves? The emblem on his right sleeve on top ends with "ON". Is this something that helps with identifying this emblem?

Lance Corporal stripe is the inverted arrow stipe on both arms. The crossed flags is the insignia of the signaller above the L/cpl stripe, the 'on' is a possible London Link to his regiment or unit perhaps.

The upper Badge is a Cloth "Title" ie replacing the Brass Shoulder Titles;ending in "ON" it could well be London,Devon,Cameron,Etc:??
