All Brown Jobs - find here pic of Private C.H. (Harry) Burrell M.M. my maternal grandfather.

Served Army Service Corp 1914 - 1918, awarded Military Medal - wounded & gassed on Somme.

Able to drive prior to WW1 so straight in as not many `working class' could at that time drive (I assume ??)

Thought may be of interest to `Buffs' of uniforms.

my grandfather was the same, put in the ASC because he could drive and speak french.... then posted to East Africa, obviously
