Guest Posted 8 April , 2004 Share Posted 8 April , 2004 I have been intersted in the history of the old Guiltcross union workhouse, by East Harling, or Kenninghall, Norfolk, 10 miles west of Diss - it was an Inebriate reformatory and then a mental deficiency colony until the last inmates left on 1 jan 1917, but then a modern newspaper says, it was used as a POW camp - how can i track down if this is true?
