Croonaert Wood Trenches

I would be grateful if anyone could provide me with info and pictures of the trenches at this site as I am planning a recce in the summer with a view to taking a school party the following Easter. I thought it would be interesting to do something a bit different next year, rather than visit the main tourist sites of Ypres.

Many thanks

Tony

Does anyone know if the restored trenches have yet reopened and if not when they will?

Also in previous post. Search for Bayernwald b.t.w. They didn't succeed in 14-18 or 40-45 but they have managed it here :D

Marco

As said above ... there was a good string about these. There are two more pictures on my website Pictures of the 2001 visit to Ypres

Hope this helps.
