Guest N FOX Posted 8 April , 2004 Share Posted 8 April , 2004 My grandfather, Pte George H FOX, served with 1st Bn Essex Regt at Galipoli, arriving early Oct 15. He was wounded on 29 Nov 15 and evacuated to the UK via Mudros. I would like any detail on where the Bn was in Gallipoli at the time to try an determine where my grandfather may have been when wounded. Many thanks.
