Laurent Posted 5 April , 2004 Share Posted 5 April , 2004 Quiet silence on this place: Panorama photo Red Dragon crater (RWF) and Duck's Bill crater (3rd canadian Brigade) . A lot of casualities for this strong point in 1915 and 1918 near Givenchy. Nice place after the battle...
Muerrisch Posted 5 April , 2004 Share Posted 5 April , 2004 Laurent: an observation and a question. Red Dragon Crater was named after it was blown under B Company 2 RWF on 22 June 1916, not 1915. The question is [don't take offence please] "how do you know you are in the right place?"
