Sorry, Simon, no (not yet).

Sounds slightly familiar though.

Any idea whether it could be north, east or south of Ypres ?

And you're sure it is not Burnt Farm ?

Hiya Simon.

Hope you get a chance to read this, before you go.

Burns house,is just down from the crossroads, which were known as County Crossroads.

Looks like straight across at the crossroads, and Burns House is a couple of hundred yards on your right.

The map that i have, shows there was a cemetary just before Burns House.

Whether this has survived,i'm not sure.

The original house, seems to be not to close,to the road,so it may stand out a bit.

Vacher Farm, seems to be quite large, and is on the left handside of the road, past Burns House.

In the area of Burns House, were Oxford Houses,Berks Houses, and, closer to Poelcappelle,Gloster Farm, where my Great-grandad served, and fired towards Burns House.

Sorry i haven't got a scanner, but hope this is of help.

Good hunting.

Simon.
