Map Requests - German Cemeteries (Lambersart & Verlinghem)

I am requesting the following 2 trench map references (post 1916) in order for me to orient the location of 2 cemeteries used by the Germans in this sector west of Lille:

36.J.4.c.1.1. (Perenchies Road German Cemetery)

36.J.30.a.25.80. (Lambersart Communal Cemetery German Extension) - I understand that this was the cemetery used by the large Bavarian Military Hospital established in this area.

Identified and unidentified British and Commonwealth troops, buried by the Germans, were removed from these cemeteries in 1921 and 1923 and reinterred at other CWGC.
