Hi Pals,

Would anyone know if the war diary for the 75th Battalion C.E.F., Central Ontario Div is online for around Sunday 1st April 1917? I'm researching a Pte Arthur Goodliff D.M.C. or D.C.M. (not sure which way that goes round) and MM. for my better half and i'm trying to find out where and how this guy met his end. His number at the time of his death was 164534 and he is buried at Barlin.

Thanks for any help

Mike

Mike, go here for the April 1st page.

If you want to see all the 75th Diary, just go here, and type in 75th as your search parameter.

Have fun!

DCM: Distinguished Conduct Medal (Second to the Victoria Cross for valour)

MM: Millitary Medal (For bravery in the field)

Both these awards should have citations. The National Archives should be able to assist here.
