green_acorn Posted 20 February , 2009 Share Posted 20 February , 2009 Grumpy, If you are in Canberra on the 6, 7 or 8th of March, drop in on the Aussie Pals. If you are going to Adelaide and are into badges, the Army Museum at Keswick Bks has an exceptionally good collection of Australian ones, the Army Museum at Bandian in Victoria is also very good. Have a great holiday, Hendo

Steven Broomfield Posted 21 March , 2009 Share Posted 21 March , 2009 Hi grumps Brisbane is not too far from Canberra (only 1200 km) 1200 Km. That must be about 900 miles. Quite close? That's nearly Aberdeen from here. I'd hate to travel long distance in Oz.

Guest Golden Wattle Posted 21 March , 2009 Share Posted 21 March , 2009 Hi Bernard Lewis, Still take crooks? Of course, that's why 99% of the British can get visas to OZ.
