French "Foyers du Soldat"

During the War, the YMCA and the French equivalent operated the "Foyers du Soldat", or service clubs, for the French Army. One activity carried out was morale building, including a play entitled "Visions de Guerre", in which actors (mostly women) played parts of heroic characters from French History. One name I have found associated with this activity is that of a Madame Morisse. Does anyone happen to have any information or references to these activities, or to the identity of Madame Morisse? Thanks in advance for any assistance. Doc
