In September, the battalion fought on the Somme at Guillemont (3rd Sept) and Ginchy (9th Sept). Also they came under attack on the 30th of April, at Hullage, there was not as many killed as on the 27th.

Messines17 is correct in saying the battalion was under fire on the 29th. Enemy artillery was busy but 10th Avenue wasn't the main target.
