leefer Posted 19 June , 2011 Author Share Posted 19 June , 2011 Hi all,been away a while....just to let you know that my dad was really shocked when i showed him all the info you had gathered,he had always thought he had died in France and his body returned for burial. Again even though a few years later on thanks for your efforts,in the last few years i have been doing more general research on my family....i was brought up in care not knowing my family so as you can imagine it has/is one big eye opener for sure!
