Terry Denham Posted 18 March , 2004 Share Posted 18 March , 2004 Malc Click on the Long, Long Trail at the top left of this page and then click on Grandad's War. This will give you a good start in your research. Warning - You are probably at the beginning of a long, interesting, sometimes frustrating, enjoyable and rewarding journey! hmsk212 Posted 18 March , 2004 Share Posted 18 March , 2004 Hi Malc Welcome to the Forum, The only additions on the Soldiers Died in the Great War CD are that Sgt Dodd was born in Crookesmoor, Sheffield, and that he enlisted in Sheffield. The Battalion is shown as 1/4th (Hallamshire)(T.F.) Battalion. Steve
