Remembered Today:

R. B. P. O. W. E. Camp

In Chris's section "Ordinary Heroes" the diary of L Cpl Allan Marsh includes a reference to him being sent to the R. B. P. O. W. E. Camp as a clerk typist

My initial thoughts are that this was a Prisoner of War Camp in the Calais area but if so what do the initials R. B. at the start and the E at the end stand for?

Any suggestions gratefully received!
