"Dead Man's Valley" - somewhere near Cairo. But where?

On the night of 26/27 March 1915, 42nd Division undertook a night exercise. Having marched off from barracks at 2pm, they stopped for tea at Dead Man's Valley, before doing a lot of crawling about and practicing an attack. Anyone come across the Valley?
