Private Laurence Platt, 19th Manchesters

A pupil has brought in medals belonging to his great-grandfather Private Laurence Platt of 19th Manchesters. These include his 14/15 Star but not the SWB his MIC also records. Could one of our kind experts on the Pals with access to the Book of Honour etc please confirm which Company/Platoon he was in and if there are any other details? No sign of a service record on the pensions database and I don't know how or where he was wounded. Possibly 1st July 1916? Thanks.
