Bancourt Cemetery

Good Evening All

I wonder if someone could explain.I recently brought up Bancourt Cemetery on the C.W.G.C. web site to read how it was started and when. I noticed It said that when it became a concentration cemetery it stated that the remains were collected from the East and from the South of the cemetery how far east and how far south would they have gone to recover the bodies,would it have been a set distance from the cemetery like the grid systems used and agreed to by the various units searching the areas? Look forward to your comments.
