Can anyone help please. I have looked at a MIC on ancestry for Percy Marshall 35954 Leicectser and where it say Corps it states L.C.

N.C. ex.

Leicesters

Does anyone know what this means.?

Labour Corps.

L.C.N.C. = Labour Corps Northern Command.

Basically means he served with the Labour Corps (Pte., 12293) after service with the Leicestershire Regiment (Pte., 35954).
