Another forum member has very kindly sent me some great lists of fatalities relating to Ulster Division. Going through them, my eye was drawn to this man below.

I wonder if there's any chance that he could be related to the Southampton FC star who is now enjoying tremendous success as a racehorse trainer?

He seems to come from the West Country ... quite a number of men from that area must have been drafted into 36th Div in the tail end of the war.

Long shot ... and not really my primary field of interest ... but it may give some members a trail to hunt down!
