I own the above book - no idea of its general availability or use for details of units etc. The author was an officer in the Indian Cavalry Corps in France in 1914 - Brigadier of the Mhow Cavalry Brigade (6th Inniskilling Dragoons, Royal 2nd Lancers, 38th Central India Horse and 'Q' Battery Horse Artillery) He was in France until 1917 in various capacities, then joined the Yeomanry Mounted Division in Egypt - participating in the capture of Jerusalem. Not much battle detail, and few names other than staff officers, but you never know, someone might have a fact they want checked.
